What is our VRO Network?

Emergency Assist Limited are a motor breakdown claims handler and motor breakdown Insurance provider. We have multiple relationships within the motor breakdown sector and accident recovery sector.

Our network comprises of trusted professional recovery companies, and businesses who are registered with PAS43. Due to the nature of our work, we require nationwide coverage and also varying levels of recovery capabilities. Therefore a strong network which facilitates this by working with the best in any given area. We operate 24/7, 365 days a Year and utilise the APEX system for job delivery, we pay our network partners on Monthly account with the previous Months work being settled between the 15th and the 21st of the following Month.

The level of work is growing Year on Year with the amount of work distributed dictated by area, job type, rate card agreement and our management information algorithm. Some of the factors considered are customer feedback, job acceptance %, attendance time and completion times.
